One of the biggest benefits of working with TroyResearch is that you get to work from wherever you are. However, that makes it a little difficult for us to interview people in the way you’re probably most familiar with. Our interview process is something we like to call the virtual interview. It begins with us giving you some basic information about the position and you giving us some basic information about yourself – all online. Once we have collected that information, we look over all the answers and get back in touch with you via email. While this may seem a little impersonal, it’s the best way for us to get through the large number of applicants we usually experience from all over the world, and it also allows us to be fair and consistent with the way we choose people. That also means that if you send a personal email to someone in our company, you will be directed back to this process to make sure no one receives an unfair advantage. So having said that, here’s the position we’re interviewing for:

Position Overview:
Duties will include work in the following areas after the introductory training period: hook production, checking song lists, setting up surveys and launching surveys. Other research projects may be available as needed. This position offers a flexible work schedule, although there will be firm deadlines on all projects that are accepted by the contractor. Projects are expected to be error-free and completed on a timely basis.
Success will be determined using the following metrics:
* Error-free processing of all survey information
* Completion of quality hook production
* Delivers all projects on or before deadlines
* Attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
* Must have computer with reliable high speed Internet connections with browser of Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, high capacity (20mb or higher) email, and Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
* Experience with basic digital audio production
* Should be comfortable navigating the internet
* Experience working in a less rigid workplace and/or home-based situation preferred
